O.MY is situated in Beaconsfield in Melbourne’s southeast. It’s where brothers Chayse and Blayne Bertoncello have perfected the art of garden-to-plate experiential dining.
In order to survive the slowdown, O.MY has pivoted their offering to include farm boxes, which contain seasonal, ever-changing ingredients along with a loaf of freshly baked sourdough.
