The goods: products to make you happy

This week we’ve found you a new, gut-friendly way to start the day, a plant-based burger bun to make a vegan’s dreams come true, and some great news for quality coffee-lovers.

Table of Plenty probiotic breakfast

Table of Plenty has released a new breakfast range, which includes Probiotic+ Muesli, Balance+ Muesli, Immunity+ Porridge and Probiotic+ Porridge. The range was created to help improve overall health, from immunity and gut health to muscle growth and support.

The “functional” breakfast range is perfectly matched to serve with Table of Plenty’s Probiotic Kefir. Kefir is a fermented milk drink, and it’s filled with probiotic microorganisms – it’s basically the kombucha of the dairy world.

Table of Plenty use a traditional process of slow-fermentation to develop the kefir inside the bottle. Unlike some other brands which use powdered milk, this product is derived from the fresh milk of grass-fed cows in Gippsland.

Table of Plenty’s Functional Breakfast Range and Probiotic Kefir is available at Coles.

Fry Family Food Co. Vegan Brioche Burger Buns

Brioche buns are the perfect burger partner. But this deliciously soft, rich and buttery bread is traditionally made with eggs and milk, so vegans haven’t been able to enjoy a brioche bun with their plant-based burger. Until now.

The Fry Family Food Co. have just launched vegan brioche burger buns – an Australian and product first for this global vegan company. The plant-based burger has been a staple of their product range since they opened their doors 30 years ago, but this is the first time they’ve produced a bakery product.

To accompany your bun, Fry’s offers vegan burger products including Traditional Burgers, Chicken-Style Burgers and Quinoa and Brown Rice Protein Burgers. All are high in protein, naturally cholesterol-free and non-GM.

Fry’s Vegan Brioche Burger Buns are available at Woolworths.

Campos coffee now available in Woolworths

In what is likely a first for specialty coffee globally, the Australian International Coffee Awards 2020 Roaster of the Year is bringing its hand-crafted, signature coffee blend into 990 Woolworths stores nationwide.

Campos has been working with their specialty-coffee farmers over the last two decades to ensure that their superior standard of coffee remains the same, regardless of the volume required, allowing them to achieve this new distribution record for high-quality coffee.

Campos’ award-winning Superior Blend, used in all its espressos, is the flagship blend that started things and remains a much-loved blend for its quality and consistency of flavour.
