Middle Of Nowhere Creations is a small business located in northwest Queensland. We make gourmet preserves using fresh home-grown and locally sourced produce. We take great pride in creating our pure products, which don’t contain any fillers, artificial colours, preservatives or flavours. We create unique gourmet chutneys, jams, pickles, relishes and sauces that really hit the spot for all your backyard barbecues, brunches, cakes, pavlovas, breakfasts, burgers or wherever you need a delightful flavour hit.

Middle of Nowhere Creations began through a love of home-made goodies and a garden overflowing with delicious excess produce. We’re 100 percent Australian-made, 100 percent Australian-owned and 100 percent natural, edible and delicious!

We’re also a business that is proud to support our fellow local businesses, so whatever ingredients we cannot grow or produce ourselves in our own vegie gardens, we strive to source locally. We also encourage you to buy local and support local.

When creating our gourmet preserves, we ensure that all our products contain nothing artificial – just 100 percent goodness. When making our jams, jellies and marmalades, we don’t use a commercial setting agent; instead, we use natural fruit pectin. We use traditional, slow-cooked, full-flavour preserving methods, to make sure that each individual jar is filled with a gourmet, pure, flavour-filled product for all to enjoy.
