Located in Mossy Point on the NSW South Coast, Guerrilla Roasters was established in 2018 after its owners couldn’t find a decent cup of coffee anywhere in their local area.

Guerrilla Roasters now sources high-end arabica coffee from all over the world to bring back to Australia and roast locally. Earlier this year, the business was featured in Turia Pitt and Grace McBride’s bushfire relief campaign #SpendWithThem. The boutique coffee roaster was also a part of Visa’s #WhereYouShopMatters initiative.

In this video, Guerrilla Roasters’ Matthew Hatcher tells why it’s so important to ensure his beans are fully traceable and sourced from suppliers focused on sustainability and quality.
