Mouat’s Farm remains true to customers
Located in Batlow high country, Mouat’s Farm has been growing apples since 1926. Over the subsequent years, it has become renowned for its award-winning produce.
The high-altitude area produces around 10 percent of Australia’s annual apple crop, but on January 4, 2020 a massive, undefendable bushfire destroyed many of the local orchards. Mouat’s Farm was lucky to only suffer minimal damage.
In this video, Greg Mouat explains why it’s so important to have a road-side stall despite being a larger commercial producer.
