Gippsland Jersey purchases raw milk off farms and distributes processed dairy products. Processing is done in-house on Jones’ family farm.

From the humble base of milk sales, product diversification has grown to include full cream milk, unhomogenised milk, light milk, buttermilk, cream, sour cream, cultured salted and unsalted butter and golden ghee.
