1st February 2021 | Eativity editors

Back by popular demand, Melbourne’s newest outdoor food truck collective Food Truck Stop will be making its second pit stop at Queen Victoria Market every Wednesday night from February 3. Over four weeks, locals and visitors can enjoy balmy Melbourne evenings indulging in delicious takeaway street eats alongside refreshing brews, wines and cocktails from an all-Victorian line-up of producers.

Satisfy cravings and see out the rest of summer by cuisine-hopping 10 of the city’s best food trucks – a mix of returning faves plus a fresh first-timer. On the menu will be drool-worthy bao buns, burgers, lobster rolls, smashed samosas, smoked BBQ meats and more.

Every Wednesday, the market’s Queen Street will be transformed into a food lovers’ paradise; offering the perfect mid-week escape to experience summer in the city and catch up with family and friends. The all-star line-up includes:

Twisted Fisherman: lobster rolls, salt & pepper calamari and tempura battered fish & chips.

The Greek Trojan Yiros: traditional Greek yiros with succulent lamb and chicken.

Dingo Ate My Taco: Tex-Mex style street tacos including brisket, pork and more.
